Make you're own apothecary jars? While I got mine cheap at TJMAXX I bet this is cheaper and to say I made them, that's priceless. but if I needed a lot of them cheap, like for a party or wedding table top, this is the way to go.... Just recycling too, super great idea! Brimfield fair here I come!

Fold in another 1/2 in and repeat to create an accordion. 3. Glue ends together and push flat to create a circle.

Vase and Candlestick ReDo: (Make it with E6000 an awesome glue!) Use for colorful candy, fill will pretty soap and bath salts, pretty shells, polished stones or even holiday decorations! Great Idea. --I have made several of these with candy dishes, leftover jars, etc. Now, my local dollar stores are out of long glass candlesticks... :(

Love it- but the boys would just love to play with it instead of look at it

I am a believer that if you are trying to do a lot of your wedding/reception yourself then you should try to get as much stuff as you can, that you would like to use in your home later. OR let the table decos be favors like candles, sm jars of candy, small picture frames, etc.

Apothecary jars glued on painted wooden candlesticks, finished off with finials.

Apothecary jar inspiration. Sure, this is great for Christmastime - what about sand & shells in the Summer... Corn & mini pumpkins, pinecones in the Autumn. Hmmm - what for spring? Nests & (fake) eggs? Jellybeans?
