Strawberry Banana Creams INGREDIENTS 8 strawberries 2 oz. vanilla Greek yogurt 1/2 small banana 1 tablespoon sliced almonds DIRECTIONS Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork. Mix in the yogurt. Using a knife, carve out the middle of each strawberry. Fill the center of each strawberry with the banana-yogurt mixture and top with sliced almonds. Makes one serving.
Coconut Banana Cream Tarts. A combination of some of my favorite pies! I might even coat the bottom of the tart with a thin layer of melted dark/bittersweet chocolate, since I really love the combo of chocolate, bananas, and coconut.
Baked bananas and honey; 6 bananas ¼ cup honey 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons melted butter ¼ pint chopped hazelnuts - oven to 325 degrees; Bake them for 15 minutes, turning them a few times. Sprinkle the hazelnuts over the bananas and serve hot.
