Rhubarb Tea - when rhubarb is abundant, make this fruity iced tea. Sweeten with stevia or xylitol, and garnish with mint for Phase 2 and Phase 3.

Rhubarb Iced tea from Martha Stewart. 8 stalks of Rhubarb, 8 cups water, boil 1 hour, strain, add 1/3 c sugar. One commenter suggested to add lemon or orange zest too.

Replace the white wine w/ Welch's Sparkling White Grape or Martinelli's. I already have a vintage jar and an antique silver ladle!
