English Muffins made on the stove. USE 2 1/4C not 3C flour. Make with AP flour or 50/50 wheat or 100% wheat if you add more salt, or use a gluten free flour blend. If using a non-stick griddle, leave the corn meal out, or use rice flour instead. Try rolling them out into a square, then cutting square muffins. No waste, and no worrying about toughening the dough.
Homemade Blue cheese dressing - I love Bleu cheese dressing (I buy 'Marie's' or 'Naturally Fresh' and soften the taste of it it with mayo) on my spinach salad (w/sliced egg & mushrooms, garlic & butter croutons and real bacon pieces) - I make a "meal" out of it in a big bowl. It is absolutely delish!! :)
