Windmill Lunges:     Side lunge bending both knees and reach towards the outside leg with the opposite side hand. Press off the heel and return to standing (add a jump here to increase intensity) then repeat the lunge to the other side.  Try 3 sets of 20 reps, alternating sides.    Need more of an intensity boost?  Grab a couple dumbbells and go for another set.    Happy training.
