Mother's Famous Chinese Egg Rolls

Makes 50 egg rolls


1 lb Ground pork


1/2 head Cabbage
3 Carrots
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Ginger, fresh
10 Shiitake mushrooms, fresh


2 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce

Baking & Spices

1 Black pepper, Freshly ground
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with
1/4 tsp Sugar

Oils & Vinegars

1 Cooking oil
1 tsp Sesame oil

Bread & Baked Goods

50 Egg roll wrappers (about 2 packages), Spring

Beer, Wine & Liquor

1 tbsp Chinese rice wine
