Bang Bang Shrimp - Copycat from Bonefish Grill: For coating Mix-- 1/2c mayo, 1/4c Thai sweet chili sauce & 3-5 drops hot chili sauce. Bread 1lb shelled & deveined shrimp in 1/2-3/4c cornstarch. Note: smaller shrimp works best. Deep fat fry the shrimp until lightly brown. Drain on paper towel, put shrimp in a bowl and coat with the sauce. Serve in a lettuce lined bowl, top with chopped scallions.
