Paint samples are really cheap (cheaper at Lowes than Walmart). Grab a blank canvas (also cheap), use painters tape to make a design, and buy a size appropriate wooden letter, or smaller letters to make a word, and paint those, too. Could be cute with initials for a kid's room.

button monogram burlap canvas - This was so easy and turned out cute! I used foam boards covered in quilting quarters instead of a canvas. Total cost for 4 letters = $20.

Another pinner said, "Just need a round foam paintbrush - Did this for my bathroom! Used all the grey colors from the walls and a green, pulled from the shower curtain. Super simple and turned out perfect! I would use teal instead of yellow." Rhonda: Mom for your grey bedroom!!

This would make a great statement piece that ties all of your colors together. Just pick your paints & start stamping! I bet a cork would make some unique circles. :))
