Social Studies and Writing Idea -- do with constitution

I had to to do this in social studies in like 3rd grade and it helped so much!

We did this (autism 4-6 classroom) - we painted everything white and then masked the continent areas to paint the blue. Pulled the paper off, then labeled everything. Tip: get taller rather than fatter pumpkins. We ended up with HUGE oceans. NOTE: We also did followup activities with the seeds and cooking the pumpkin.

NEEDS and WANTS Posters: Social Studies (Kindergarten & First Grade) - I think we should be putting these in adult spaces too! Many people confuse needs with wants.
