Beer Biscuits | 2 c Bisquick, cut in 1/2 c sour cream, mix in 1/2 c beer. Melt 1/4 c butter. Pour half in a baking pan. Pat out dough, cut into biscuits, place in pan. Brush tops with remaining butter. Bake at 450 12-15 minutes. Leftover biscuits are great sliced, buttered and toasted in the toaster oven!

"Popeyes" Biscuits - 2 cups Bisquick, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. club soda, 1 TBS sugar. Mix together, press into 9x9 inch pan with 2 TBS. melted butter. Brush top with more butter. Score into 9 biscuits. Bake at 450°F for 12-15 minutes until golden. (The club soda version of these tastes much better than the 7up version, but both are incredibly light and fluffy.)

(hand beat about 30 times) Spoon out onto a greased cookie sheet using a big spoon. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley flakes. Then brush the sauce over warm rolls.
