Cashew cream pie. I think this wouldn't be too hard to finagle into a phase 1 recipe. ETA: I have made this, or variations of it, many times. This is a fantastic recipe. I am not seeing cashews on either the yes or no list on the Whole Life Nutrition website, so I am not totally sure about them.

Just delish! Sweetened with some dates but very low sweet- lots of young coconut and nuts. Enjoy in moderation but relish in the thought that this is one of the healthiest desserts you can choose even if it's still somewhat acidic.
