4 smooth skinned pears, 2-3 cups watercress, 1/2 cup toasted pecans, 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, vinaigrette dressing, honey for drizzling lemon juice to keep pears from discoloring. cut pear in thirds; core pear bottom 2 thirds, leaving top w/stem. brush on lemon. toss dressing, greens, watercress, cheese and nuts. fill. drizzle honey.
