Mimosa Punch: 2 liters ginger ale, 2 cups orange juice, 1 can frozen pink lemonade. My modifications: I used too many lemon and orange slices as garnishes. When the punch reached the last inch or so and people stopped drinking it, the last glass was a bit too citrusy.
Spiced Pineapple Juice 1 whole pineapple, cubed 1 small knob of ginger, peeled 1 whole freshly squeezed lime juice 1 cup of ice 1/2 cup cold water 1 tsp spice mix; cloves, nutmeg, cardamom & cinnamon a pinch of sea salt & pepper Add everything in a blender and blend till smooth. Sprinkle more spice mix and serve, chilled.
