    Peppermint Whipped Cream...for hot chocolate., or maybe for a holiday cake.. Just use it as icing then put it in the freezer to set!! Try super chocolate cake or a white cake recipe.. Or the white cake with the whipped cream mixed with some crunched up candy canes and use that as the inside layer between 2cakes. Then ice it with the plain!!

    {Christmas Eve Hot Cocoa?} Peppermint Whipped Cream: 6 peppermint candy canes or 24 mini candy canes, 2 cups of whipping cream. Place candy canes in a blender or food processor. I like to break them into pieces as I add them in. Process the candy canes until they are a fairly fine powder. In another bowl whip cream until firm. No need to add sugar. Fold the candy cane powder into the cream. Use immediately to top your cocoa.
