Marble Art for Toddlers and Preschoolers - shared with the Kids Art Explorers project

  • Rikki Rhea

Use any size container (from a plastic bowl to a small kid's pool), and any round objects (from marbles to basketballs)! You can either start with paint on the balls, or start with paint in the bottom of the container. Roll the objects (or bounce) and watch the tracks they make with the paint. FA.1.64 Focus on motions and movement. FA.1.60 Use art media to channel frustration and anger in a socially acceptable way. (I thought this activity especially appeals to more active, energetic children)
