Fresh Peach Pie - This was delicious! I used 6 peaches (will use 7 in future if I have enough), ⅔ c sugar (just to cut a little out), hefty "pinches" of spices (yum!), and and 3 heaping Tbs Minute tapioca. Cheated on the crust and used refrigerated (therefore EASY), but the filling was awesome. Will definitely make again!
