Huh.... More jumpin jacks fo me I keep seeing this, and the math makes no sense. If every two jumping jacks burn 1 calorie, than 1000 jumping jacks would burn 500 calories. Not 3500. Not a pound of weight. However, jumping jacks are still awesome. Easy to do and get your heart rate up quickly. I do 100-300 a day, spread throughout the day.

replace Biscuits and Gravy with french fries and burgers then repeat about two years and THEN i'll be bikini ready!
NOTE: I am not pinning this because I think it's a good idea. I'm pinning this because it's stupid. If you stop drinking alcohol for one month, then just start drinking again and cut out fast food, etc, how would that get you bikini ready by June? You're only cutting out each thing for one month.. Or...do you cut that thing out and continue to leave it out until June? THAT might work. Idk. Whatever.

so if you see me walking at the HS football field from one end to the other, over and over. It's because I'm eating a bag of M
I found a site that says they found 53 M in a bag. A bag is 240 calories. So that is about 4.5 calories per M You burn about 100 calories per mile you walk. So doing a little algebra that comes out to needing to walk 79.6 yards to burn off 4.5 calories, or 1 M Not quite a football field, but pretty close!
