I am GOING to do this...The towel bar was simple to find, but we were having trouble finding the right kind of hooks. A nice associate at Home Depot gave me the idea to use shower curtain hooks. I ended up finding hooks at Target with two slots. I picked up a package of 12, along with an 18 inch towel bar, for less than $25.

Do-it-yourself scarf hanger. This was dirt cheap. $1.26 for the rings at Walmart, already had the hanger, and now my door hook is usable again! Can also put rod on closet door.

Use a paper towel holder to put your roll of garbage bags on it. Makes it very easy to grab one!! Love this idea. Hope it works, got to figure out how to get it through all the bags in the roll.

DIY Tutorial - organize Headbands, Scarves, Mittens, & Hats by attaching curtain rods to the wall with kids items hanging from shower curtain hooks. SUCH a great idea!!!!

From Surival Betty on Facebook: Last Organizational Post for the Day- then I am off to work! But it begged to be shared for its simplicity and function... A shower curtain tension rod to store spray bottles! Don't worry "Braddies", tomorrow I post on survival stuff. Today I am in an organizing the mess mood. :)

Shoe box lids (?!) covered in scrapbook paper attached to curtain rod with ribbon. Creative, inexpensive decor. Make for Large vaulted wall in entry!
