Um yum....... I may never eat anything else for breakfast again. Pumpkin Muffins - only 2 ingredients. That's right, just the cake mix and the pumpkin. No oil, no eggs, no water, nothing else. Bake at 350, this is a Weight Watchers treat, very low cal.
I love angel food cake and I love lemon bars. . .this is perfect Two ingredient Lemon Bars. 1 box angel food cake mix 2 cans lemon pie filling (the recipe originally called for only 1 can) Mix dry cake mix and cans of pie filling together in large bowl (I just mixed it by hand) Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until top is starting to brown.
Pumpkin Brownies ■Brownie Mix (18.9 ounce box of your favorite, I used triple chocolate) ■1 (15 ounce) can organic pumpkin pureé ■1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips How-To 1.Preheat the oven to 350F. 2.Cover a 6″x10″ (or 9″x9″) with parchment paper. Set aside. 3.Combine the brownie mix and the pumpkin. Pour into the baking dish. 4.Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Berry Cobbler: 2 - 12 oz bags frozen mixed berries, 1 box white cake mix, 1 can diet Sprite, or 7-up Spray 9X13 pan with Pam. Place frozen fruit in pan. Add dry cake mix over the top. Pour soda slowly over cake mix. DO NOT stir the cake mix & the soda - this will give you a 'crust'. If you stir the two, you will have a cake like topping. Bake 350 for 45-50 min. Serves 16
