THM (S) Chicken Bacon Alfredo Deep Dish Pizza - Crust 8 whole eggs 2 cups THM baking blend 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp garlic salt 4 tbs water 2 tsp truvia 1/4 cup oil (i used olive since its what i had) 4 tsp baking powder Mix all well and spread in a greased 9x13 pan. Top with your favorite toppings! I used Alfredo sauce, grilled chicken breast, bacon, and sliced cherry tomatoes. And covered it in cheddar and mozzarella :) Bake for 35-40 min @375 or until bottom of crust is slightly browned.

THM (S) Creamy Meatballs with Spinach & Spaghetti Squash: Grab a good sized pot, and dump in: 1.5 - 2 pounds meatballs 12 oz package of chopped onion & mushrooms 2 cups bone broth or water 1 Tbsp bouillon powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning red pepper flakes if desired Simmer for approx 45 min, then add: 8 oz cream cheese softened 24 oz bag of chopped spinach (thawed) Stir together and simmer for 10-15 minutes, then add 1 spaghetti squash, cooked. (makes 10-12 servings)

THM (E) Italian Quinoa: 1 lb 96% lean ground meat 1 c quinoa 16 oz jar of marinara sauce 1 c water 2 tsp Ital seasoning 1/2 tsp garlic powder 16 oz pkg spinach Brown the ground meat in a large pot. Add quinoa, marinara, water, and desired seasonings then stir together. I also added the spinach at this point (it was still frozen) but just dumped on top and did not stir. Bring to a simmer, then cover, reduce heat to low, and let cook for 20-30 minutes, until quinoa is done.

THM (S) Asiago Spinach & Mushroom Chicken Rollatini (use ground Joseph's and/or some almond flour rather than panko)
