The Lorax Dinner Makeover ~simple but healthy. "I used Cavatappi pasta because it has that “Suess” feel to it. I steamed broccoli and asparagus to represent the trees, & a little Alfredo sauce for the river in the story. I added a drop of food coloring to our water to boil the pasta to represent the plastic town of Thneedville, along with a drop of blue food coloring to the alfredo sauce."

Mix each cup and then put a little of each color in each muffin cup in small blobs. Then drizzle other colors over the blobs. Bake as directed.

Deviled Gelatin Eggs | "These were so fun and easy to make. I couldn't find the egg mold so I used my egg plate as a mold and it worked out well. Just use cooking spray so they slide out easily. We used lemon jello and added a drop of food coloring to the "egg" to make more colors. Thanks so much for a great recipe that really added a nice touch to our Easter. I think this will become a tradition in our family."
