The animals here are being represented similar to the bird wings in case study 3. Here the animals are being objectified for their their diverseness, by showing birds heads in a variety of shapes, sizes and colors. The priority here is knowledge through observation of the parts. There does not seem to be an ethical concern for their display as long as it is for educational purposes.

farm fresh milk - FYI, the fingers only go this low on the teats when the last milk is being stripped. To actually milk, the teats are held up high against the base of the udder. :) (LOVE my farm fresh goat milk!)
