Frozen banana peanut butter ice cream- ingredients: 1 banana, 2 tblsp of crunchy (or nutty) peanut butter, tsp of Vanilla extract, and 1 scoop of the pure protein powder that I use.Making this tomorrow night!
Healthy Frozen Pumpkin "Ice Cream": made with frozen bananas, pumpkin puree, and a few spices (recipe calls for soymilk but I'd use coconut milk), and use pure maple syrup in place of the sugar if you need a little sweetener
Pudding Frosting-mix one vanilla pudding packet with half of the milk called for on the package. Whisk until it begins to thicken. Then fold in one container of Cool Whip. A great frosting spread on cakes and piped onto cupcakes, a tasty filling in crepes
These chocolate chip pancakes make a perfect light and healthy breakfast and are packed with extra protein from the greek yogurt! These were good wheat pancakes. They would be good half wheat/white flour as well. Kids ate them great.
