Cut a zucchini in half lengthwise trim a little off the bottom. Scoop out the center with a spoon. Brush with a mixture of crushed garlic, olive oil, salt pepper. Arrange halved grape tomatoes into the grooves, sprinkle with bread crumbs bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Remove place diced fontina or mozzarella in between the tomatoes, put back in oven under the broiler til golden and bubbling. Remove drizzle with olive oil grated parmesan.

DIY Instant Snack Bowl : The next time you’re at a party and someone has bags of chips laying around, impress your friends by making them into custom snack bowls. You can fold the top edge inside the bag first, then begin rolling the bottom corners, up into the base of the bag, pushing the chips up as you go. You’ll end up with a custom snack bowl, with chips overflowing.
Pre-scoop ice cream and keep in freezer for quick serving at your party. Lay out a cookie sheet and then lay all the scoops out, lay down wax paper in between layers of scoops. Keep them in the freezer until immediately before eating.
