Turkey Burgers: these were really juicy. Scott and I love red onions, so we put a lot in and it was delicious. Also, we substituted cilantro instead of parsley. These were easy and would be very easy to freeze for later if needed.
Mini Ham and Cheese Quinoa Cups: Eggs, ham, cheese, spinach, and quinoa! HAM is not healthy. lol Processed and salty is not the way to go. I'm sure there's an alternative for ham and eggs in this recipe.
