PH to 345. Mix: 2 c sujee, 1 c dry coconut, 1/2 cup sugar,1 tsp baking soda. Mix in 1/2 cup ghee/melted better & 1 c. milk. Place mixture in greased dish, level surface, bake 30 mins. Meanwhile, make sugar syrup (1 c sugar+1 c water+any flavoring) on low heat, then increase to medium until it boils and reduces. Take out cake. Cool cake 10 mins. Cut into diamond pieces. Then pour syrup over it.
S'more Cookies: Use refrigerated sugar cookie dough and bake as instructions say. Roll out the dough, place your chocolate on the dough and as many marshmallows as you would like then place another piece of dough over the top and "crimp" the edges. Add a sucker stick if you want and make it a cookie on a stick. Bake using cookie dough heating instructions.
