Baked Zucchini Sticks by Gina's Weight Watcher Recipes WW points: 1.3 per serving (recipe makes 3 servings) 3 medium zucchini sliced into 3" x 1/2" sticks 1 large egg white 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs 2 tbsp grated Pecorino Romano cheese (can be found in the spaghetti sauce aisle next to Parmesan cheese) cooking spray 1/4 tsp garlic powder salt fresh pepper Preheat oven to 425°.
Zucchini Chips These are good--and I've done them with squash too! I slice them thin, dip in egg/milk mixture then roll in original flavored bread crumbs with panko. Salt, pepper, paprika and spray the top with olive oil cooking spray. Bake at 350 until brown and crisp. We like them dipped in Ranch dressing, but tonight I'm going to mix up some "fake" Cane's sauce!
