Coconut Oatmeal Cookies- Another pinner said, "the hubby's favorite. YUMMY!" ***I made these 8-30-12. They were pure comfort food! So moist and chewy in the middle and crisp on the edges. This recipe is a keeper! Made 4-1/2 dozen cookies so could freeze some of the dough for later.
Healthy cookies - 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup dark chocolate, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon. preheat oven to 350 degrees. bake for 15-20 minutes. NO SUGAR!
