Outback Blackberry Sangria - One pint of blackberries muddled (I used my processor) with 1.5 cups of raspberry vodka, 1 Bottle of Jacob's Creek Moscato wine, 1.5 cups of pineapple juice in tall pitcher. Pour serving into martini shaker with ice, shake and then pour into tall glass. Garnish with fresh, sliced pineapple and apples. It taste just like the Outbacks'!
Grape Nehi Cocktail: 1 oz. Vodka, 3/4 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liqueur, Sweet Sour Mix, 1 splash(es) 7-Up or Sprite. Pour vodka and Chambord over ice in a tall glass. Add sweet sour mix to taste, then finish with a splash of 7-Up or Sprite.
