handmade birthday card for Seize the Birthday challenge ... deep blue and white ... silhouette birds stamped on main panel and covered with vellam ... organdy ribbon, little die cut bird and stamped sentiment on top ... great planning puts the bird in the tree ...
I stamped in Crumb Cake and then I offset the image and stamped it again in VersaMark. Then it was embossed using White EP.To make the white image stand out even more on the Very Vanilla cardstock, I lightly sponged it with more Crumb Cake ink using a Sponge. I saw this technique done on a card that was on pinterest.
Image is stamped with colored ink first then stamped again with Versamark offset from the first stamping and heat embossed with white powder. Mask off border and ink distress panel, the ink won’t stick to the heat embossed image so wipe it with a dry paper towel.
