Jamie Oliver's Yogurt Pops Recipe ~ Ripe Bananas, Strawberries or Blueberries, non-fat plain yogurt, honey
Greek Yogurt Blackberry Smoothie Recipe- 1 cup fresh blackberries 1/2 frozen banana 1 6-ounce container of plain nonfat/low-fat Greek yogurt 4 cubes of ice 1/2–3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or other type of milk Place blackberries, banana, yogurt, ice cubes, and 1/4 cup milk in blender and blend until fruit is pureed and ingredients are well combined.
One small tub of nonfat Greek vanilla yogurt with two tbsp. peanut butter, 1/2 tbsp. honey, and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon.
Ranch powder mixed with Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Tastes exactly like ranch without any of that fat and large amounts of calories.
