This time I'm pinning something I've tried and I know tastes great: Tropical Coconut Water Smoothie Ingredients 2 cups (500 mL) pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen 1 cup (250 mL) mango chunks, fresh or frozen 1 cup (250 mL) PC Coconut Water half large ripe banana 1/2 cup (125 mL) PC 0% Greek Yogurt- Plain 2 tsp (10 mL) fresh lime juice
