Garlic Parmesan chicken except I did it w/chicken breasts instead of cutlets so I cooked it lower (350) for more time (the smaller ones were done in about 45 mins & the big ones took closer to an hour- just had to keep checking on them. They were pretty juicy, but if you do it w/chicken breasts I'd do a big extra on the liquid & garlic parts. also I did not use mustard at all.
Yummy Baked Parmesan Garlic Chicken. I didn't have italian dressing mix so I used 1/2 Tbsp garlic salt, 1/2tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp oregano, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp basil,1/2 tsp italian, and 1/2 tbsp of nature seasoning. Mix with 1/4 c parmesan cheese for breading. @pgriffith05
