Don't beat yourself over a bad workout...at least you got it done. There is good days and bass days. Don't only focus on the bad

Bad run > no run. I have to remember this, getting up and doing SOMETHING is better than doing nothing! That's why I ran this morning even though it was the last thing I wanted to do, and I felt AMAZING afterwards!

It only hurts up to a certain point then it doesn't get any worse. Don't assume it's going to get worse. Changes your whole approach to running and life!

I am capable

10 mile run; The more I run the more I love my body. Not because it's perfect, far from it, but because with every mile it is proving to me that I am capable of more than I ever thought possible.
