Moroccan Split Pea Stew. This was tasty. I didn't add any salt while cooking it, and we decided it needed a lot. Also, cut up the chicken before serving. And cook another 10 minutes or so.
Curried Soba Noodles - Sub goats milk for coconut milk, no cashews, no soy sauce, etc.
Steak + Homemade Cilantro Pesto + Pasta .. yummmm!
