I saw this post and have thought about it all day.  I have been trying to lose weight since January with no luck.  After reading this I have decided, I may never wear a bikini in public again, and my never be in single digit clothes again, but I can love the body God gave me for what it can do!!

A point said: Crossfit is helping me to set goal for strength and healthy body versus old goals to be "stick skinny" even of the scale doesn't move or my pants don't get smaller my body will be toned and beautiful :)

I love this way more than the "skinny" one. There are plenty of things that taste better than skinny feels because to me skinny is weak and skinny is tired. Being fit means feeling healthy, strong, capable, and full of energy.

Squats shrink your hips, lift your bootie, firm your thighs and shape your calves. Its the perfect exercise. Add bicep curls or arm press w/ some resistance and you will have a total body workout. I LOVE my squats!
