Bacon Wrapped Smokies with Brown Sugar and Butter. I guarantee if you make these, they will be gone! I made them for a gathering and everyone just kept eating them, and eating them until they are all gone. These are one of the best appetizers I’ve ever eaten in my life. So be sure to make plenty of these.
Individual Egg Casseroles, my version: Into 6 cup muffin pan, press 3 Tater Tots into bottom, in seperate bowl, whisk 4 egg & 2 Tbsp milk, pour over Tater Tots, sprinkle Bacon Bits on top, bake 350 for 30 minutes.
No Yeast Cinnamon Rolls made by Debbie on 1/25/13 and they were "OK". Nothing special. The outsides were a bit 'crunchy', the filling bubbled all over the muffin tin, but they tasted good! I used a buttercream frosting that melted nicely and tasted good. I probably won't use this recipe again. Will go ahead and make one using YEAST - eventually!
Mini-cinnamon toast rolls--This is so easy--Trim crusts from bread, roll flat, spread each side w/butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Fold in the sides and roll up and place in buttered mini-muffin tins. Bake at 375 for about 15-20 min until lightly brown and crispy on the outside.Drizzle with a little icing if you wish
