    Black Blue - A lot has changed inside that shop since this photo was taken. Still, it's one of the few excellent STP shops for menswear.

    Though not a place known for affordability, BlackBlue could very well be Saint Paul's best spot for sophisticated mens clothing (and some women's too). Its storefront on Selby Avenue is as understated and dignified as the attire, and at the helm of it all is Steve Kang; a very sincere gentleman. It should also be noted that most of the people sporting clothes on the website are not models; they're shoppers that Steve has stopped and asked to take their picture!
