    sesame fried tofu 14 oz. extra-firm tofu 1/4 cup cornstarch frying oil 1-2 tbsps sesame seeds 3-4 green onions, minced sauce: 1/3 cup (~4.25 oz.) honey 3 tbsps tamari soy sauce 3 tbsps fresh ginger, minced 2 tbsps sesame oil 2 tbsps rice wine vinegar 2 garlic cloves, minced 1-2 tsps red chili pepper flakes (1 tsp for medium spice, more for spicy)

    Sesame Tofu: 14oz extra-firm tofu press 1" cubes,1/4c cornstarch,veg oil,1-2tbsp sesame,3-4green onions minced. Sauce: 1/3c honey,3tbsp soy sauce,3tbsp fresh ginger minced,2tbsp sesame oil,2tbsp rice wine vinegar,2 clove garlic minced,1-2tsps red chili pepper flakes ==tofu coat cornstarch-deep pan w/ 1" oil at 350°F, fry in batches til light golden.-paper towels. mix sauce M heat, Simmer on L. rmv frm heat. pour 1/2-2/3 over tofu. Toss to coat.+sesame/green onions, toss. Serve immed w/ sauce.
