    Raspberry Mojito: 2oz white rum, 2 teaspoons sugar (liquid, powder or crystal) 1 lime, 5 raspberries, 10-12 mint leaves, 1 sprig of mint (to garnish), club soda, muddler, spoon, highball or collins glass, straw, ice. Cut the lime into wedges and place them in the glass with the mint leaves, raspberries and sugar.Take the muddler and gently crush all the ingredients together. Now, fill the glass with ice, rum and soda. Stir ingredients together with spoon. Garnish and enjoy!
