Roasted cabbage. INSANELY delicious, easy, inexpensive healthy. (1 t. olive oil, 2 T. bacon bits, 2 T lemon juice, 1 T. worcestershire, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper, 1 Cabbage, quartered, individually wrapped. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes)
baked salmon: 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 Fillet salmon and place skin side down on a glass baking dish. 3 Spread a generous amount of mayonnaise (i'm coating in lemon juice & olive oil instead); cover entire top of fish. Sprinkle liberally with seasoned salt, cheese and dry bread crumbs. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered. Place under broiler until top turns brown.
Individual Whole Peach Pie. Cut in half. Take out the pit. Fill with honey. Put back together and wrap pie crust around it. Put in muffin pan. Egg wash top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 400 for 15 min.
Perfect Baked Potato. Heat oven to 350 degrees, wash & dry potatoes in cold water. Poke 8 to 12 holes in each potato with a fork. Place in bowl and cover lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with Kosher salt. Bake on middle rack for 1 hour on cookie sheet (flip after 30 min). NOTE: If you're cooking more than 4 potatoes, you'll need to extend the cooking time by up to 15 min.
