The Q a Day journal asks you a simple question every day for 5 years, all you have to do is turn to today's date and write down the answer for that day's question - questions like: Can People Change? What's Your Mission? What is the best part of today? On a scale from 1 to 10, how happy are you?... As days and years go by, you can go back to see how your answers have changed and how you've personally developed.

Mom's One Line a Day: A Five-Year Memory Book. For the busy mom-on-the-go, this memory keeper offers a quick and easy way to capture the everyday moments of motherhood. With enough space to record a single thought, a family quote, or a special event each day for five years, this beautiful keepsake makes sure those precious memories will last a lifetime.

Q&A; journal. Answer the question at the top of the page for each day of the year over the course of five years. I love this idea (and great price too - $12).

The cool thing about this journal is that it does not require you to journal every thought, feeling, and activity you did each day.  You can put in a little phrase, draw a picture, write a couple of sentences, or even just a single word -- whatever gets your thought across.  It's hard to find an excuse not to write such a small tidbit every day.  Each page shows the same date for five years.  For example, today's page shows April 17 for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.

One Line a Day: A Five-Year Memory Book, definitely going to get one of these!

Blog book by Blurb - print out blog posts into a book. Or scan your kids artwork onto your computer and print out the file and make a book at Walmart, CVS, or Walgreen's etc. Saw this idea on Oprah and it was excellent.

Cool Smash Book Page that can change each time you make it.
