MISSISSIPPI SIN DIP...16oz sour cream; 8oz cream cheese (softened); 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded; 1/2 cup chopped ham; 1 green onion chopped; 1/4 tsp hot sauce; 1 tsp Worcestshire sauce; salt; pepper; French loaf bread. Mix ingredients, hollow out the loaf creating a "boat," pour mixture in loaf, wrap in foil, bake at 350 for 1 hour
Crab Rangoon Dip -2 cups crab meat -16 oz. cream cheese -1/2 cup sour cream -4 green onions, chopped -1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce -2 Tbsp powdered sugar -1/2 tsp garlic powder -1/2 tsp lemon juice Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about a minute. Chop your green onions. Add them and your two cups of crab meat . Add the sour cream, Wosterschire sauce, powdered sugar, garlic powder & lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients and bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees. Serve hot
Fiesta Corn Dip 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 3 cups frozen corn, defrosted 2 cups Hellman’s mayonnaise (may use light) 1/4 cup chopped green chiles (small can), drained 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, minced 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 375º. Mix all ingredients together. Spread evenly in casserole dish and bake 45-60 minutes till top is golden.
