For out of town work outs! I wish I could find a good pilates class to kick my ass!

Pilates is an excercies that challenges me because after a long period of time, my legs start to hurt. This is one aspect of me because it is eviudent that I am not a big fan of intense workouts like these. But these challenges motivate me to think to my self to do better and know that I can do some things.

Bikini Body.... hope this works in a month and a half!
