Camping Breakfast! 2 T melted butter; 1 roll refrigerated biscuit dough, 8 ct.; 1 c. shredded mozzarella; 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon; 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese. Preheat oven to 350 degrees brush a 9-inch cast iron skillet with melted butter. Unroll biscuits from can place into bottom of skillet. Top with slices of mozzarella cheese, bacon crumbles then shredded cheddar. Bake for 15-20 min, until cheese is melted and biscuits are cooked through. Serve warm.
Walking Tacos???? No No No...This is called a FRITO CHILI PIE! HaHa! Chili or Taco Meat, choice of toppings put it all in a small bag of Fritos or Doritos! Where I come from, these were sold at the concession stands at all the High School football games AT LEAST thirty or forty years ago! Dairy Queen may have even sold them! My mother made them at home too, only we put it all in a bowl! hahahaaaaaa (THIS IS NOT LOW CARB~ but, it IS DELICIOUS!
