This is SOOO good and good for you! 2 ingredient cake Mix together, 1 Angel Food cake mix (dry) and 1, 20 or 22 ounce can of fruit pie filling. That's it! Bake in an ungreased 9x13 pan at 350 for 28-30 minutes. It will puff up.

    Life is beautiful! Surround yourself with positive people who bring joy and happiness to your life. Pray for those few negative people who may cross your path in life. Negativity is often a confused and misguided passive-aggressive cry for help regarding an issue that an individual is struggling with and have yet to make peace with in their own life. Pinterest was created to be a friendly, light, and happy form of social media which allows us to share interesting recipes and creative ideas. The phrase " good for you" above was intended to be light and whimsical. It was also typed very quickly over one year ago! I was never suggesting that a 2 ingredient dessert consisting of angel food cake mix and fruit pie filling should ever replace an actual fruit or a vegetable in an individual's nutritious diet experience / healthy lifestyle! (Only one pinterest user misunderstood my light-hearted intention & so I now take this opportunity to positively clarify my use of this phrase.) My experience with Pinterest has been very positive and I have enjoyed this form of internet entertainment over the past few years! I have communicated with many wonderful, interesting, and lovely people sharing ideas on this form of media. Life is joyful and filled with wonderful and lovely people. My wish is that all Pinterest users have the opportunity to do something "good for you" every day. Attempt to take a moment out of each and every day to smile, view a beautiful sunset, take a bubble bath, or to indulge in an easy to prepare 2 ingredient dessert! :) Doing little things that make you happy is exceedingly "good for you" !!! :)

oh. my. word. made this tonight and subbed smoked gouda. so, so tasty. it really is quick and easy! one pot meals are always winners in my book. next time will add caramelized onions, a little bit of bacon, put it in a baking dish and top with extra 2 ounces of smoked gouda then bake until cheese is melted. yes, please.

March is national nutrition month! One way to make sure you and your family are getting the nutrients from fruits and veggies is to shop seasonally! This also helps on cost because produce that is out of season costs more!
