Breakfast casserole bites- I made these and froze them for weekday mornings. No Dunkin' Donuts for me, thank you! I used silicone muffin cups so I don't have to worry about peeling a paper cup off. These would be yummy with chopped up green/red peppers, too.

I am always trying to figure out something healthy to eat in the morning, but I can't think of anything so after 10 minutes of trying to stay "good"...I end up eating cheese (not good). Now, I have something to eat in the mornings that isn't mouse food or loaded with chocolate :D thank you Pinterest!

Simple and Healthy School Lunch Ideas - I won't be cutting sandwiches/fruit in to cute shapes, but there are 5 days worth of lunch ideas here that look great. Also like the idea of Jell-O in one compartment. My kids would flip for that. I use the Ziploc 3-compartment containers for our lunches.

Clean Eating Breakfast Burgers: 4 egg whites 2 tsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. salsa (clean, of course) 1/4 avocado 1 whole grain burger bun (I used the Alvarado Street Bakery brand)
