i've always thought about your entrance way to your home and shoe storage options (liking this, would possibly like the bottom shoe rack as a long rectangular cane basket instead) Entry Way, Idea, Laura Ashley, Mudrooms, Mud Rooms, Front Doors, House, Shoes Storage, Entryway
A great way to use a little area by your entrayway. Love the repurposed mini dresser (store off weather gloves, hats, scarves, doggie clothes...) and the shoe storage. May want to do in black though since Travis' work shoes are always dirty. Or, if do white can put in that snazzy drawer paper in the bottom...
Pretty and inviting:) This pin gave me the idea (event hough it's not actually part of the space) to do a sign facing you when you come in my front door that says "hello and welcome" and one facing you when you leave that says "Goodbye, come back soon!"
ME: Mud room - i like! THEM: Because orange can be too intense on its own, Berman added blue accents in the mudroom. "It's such a welcoming color. Orange feels like a younger, fresher version of red," she says. "But it can be a hot color, and I needed a little bit of cool as balance, to cut through the heat." Wall color is Benjamin Moore’s Fresno. Anchor pillow by Jonathan Adler.
The Entry: Love this Pottery Barn console- its nice and long. We used baskets underneath for extra storage and hung this huge gray mirror with shells set in the panel.. by Amanda Carol at Home. Paint color: Restoration Hardware Stone I want this downstairs behind my couch.
