"How Am I Doing" by Rolf Armstrong, 1940. This was the first painting of Armstrong's favorite model, Jewel Flowers, who was 17 at the time and had never modeled before. She soon became his favorite model and he painted her about 60 times. Armstrong was one of the few pinup artists who actually painted from a live model rather than photographs.
