Pumpkin Walnut Bread by joy the baker. Made several edits to this recipe and it turned out amazingly. Replaced the water and white sugar with 1/3 c more of maple syrup, switched the wheat flour with spelt and 1 cup of oats, switched the measurements of baking soda and powder and I didn't add any allspice or cloves. You can also replace some of the oil with more pumpkin. It was devoured super quickly.
